Spicy Ham & Chicken Soup Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 head Cabbage
- 3 Carrots
- 1 Onion
- 3 stalks Celery
- 5 Chicken bouillion cubes
- 1 envelope Onion Soup Mix
- 1 can diced Tomatos
- 1 can stewed tomatos
- 1 lb. Chicken breast
- 1 lb. cubed Ham
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1/3 C. Hot Sauce
- 1/4 C.Water
- 1/8 t.Lemon pepper (opt.)
- salt&pepper to taste (opt.)
Directions
- Cover all vegetables in water let come to a full boil
- Brown chicken, add garlic cook @ 5 mins. Add ham & lemon pepper cook @ 3 mins.add hot sauce & 1/4 c. water let bubble
- @2 minutes, add to vegetables with remaining ingredents stir cook slowly for 1 1/2 hours.
