Spicy Ham & Chicken Soup Recipe

Diet soup with a kick, flavorful, you may sweat but it tastes great! You will lose weight!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head Cabbage
  • 3 Carrots
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 stalks Celery
  • 5 Chicken bouillion cubes
  • 1 envelope Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 can diced Tomatos
  • 1 can stewed tomatos
  • 1 lb. Chicken breast
  • 1 lb. cubed Ham
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1/3 C. Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 C.Water
  • 1/8 t.Lemon pepper (opt.)
  • salt&pepper to taste (opt.)

Directions

  1. Cover all vegetables in water let come to a full boil
  2. Brown chicken, add garlic cook @ 5 mins. Add ham & lemon pepper cook @ 3 mins.add hot sauce & 1/4 c. water let bubble
  3. @2 minutes, add to vegetables with remaining ingredents stir cook slowly for 1 1/2 hours.
