Cheesy Potato Soup Recipe
Smooth and creamy potato soup

Ingredients
- 5lbs. red potatoes
- 1 8oz. can of sliced carrots
- 2 chicken bullion cubes
- 12 oz. Velveeta cheese spread
- salt
- pepper
- parsley
- 6 cups boiling water
Directions
- Peel and cube potatoes.
- Put potaotes in water and bring to a boil.
- Add carrots, bullion cubes, and 1 tsp.salt (or to taste).
- Cook on med heat until potatoes are tender. (Carrots will almost dissolve.)
- Stir slightly. Turn off heat.
- Add Velveeta Cheese spread and stir until melted and smooth.
- Add pepper to taste.
- Garnish with parsley.
