Peanut Butter Frosting Recipe
A yummy frosting that can be used with a sugar substitute or real sugar if they are not diabetic.

Ingredients
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 12oz cont. cool-whip
- 1c. sugar or 1/2 c.of substitute
Directions
- Melt peanut butter and butter together for 1 minute in microwave or on stovetop until it is runny.
- Mix peanut butter and butter combination with the cool whip, stir until thoroughly mixed.
- Mix sugar in last, and let sit in refrigerator for at least two hours to let frosting get more set.
- Frost cake, brownies, cupcakes or even use as a pie filling (no bake) it is low calorie kids love it as well as adults.
