Peanut Butter Frosting Recipe

A yummy frosting that can be used with a sugar substitute or real sugar if they are not diabetic.

Ingredients

  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 12oz cont. cool-whip
  • 1c. sugar or 1/2 c.of substitute

Directions

  1. Melt peanut butter and butter together for 1 minute in microwave or on stovetop until it is runny.
  2. Mix peanut butter and butter combination with the cool whip, stir until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Mix sugar in last, and let sit in refrigerator for at least two hours to let frosting get more set.
  4. Frost cake, brownies, cupcakes or even use as a pie filling (no bake) it is low calorie kids love it as well as adults.
