Debbie's Meatloaf Recipe
The only meatloaf my family will eat.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2/3 cup finely crushed saltines
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- dash pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds lean hamburger
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Directions
- In a large bowl, beat eggs
- Add milk, cracker crumbs, onion and seasonings, mix well
- Add beef and mix well.
- Mix together the ketchup , brown sugar and worcestershire sauce.
- Add half the ketchup mixture into the groundbeef mixture.
- Shape into a loaf in a ungreased shallow baking pan.
- Brush the top with some of the ketchup mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for l hour or until no longer pink.
- last ten minutes put the rest of the ketchup mixture on top the meatloaf.
- Let it cool about l0 minutes before cutting.
