Avocado and Raisin Dip Recipe
Sounds a little weird to me, but when I tried this dip I was pleasantly surprised. Works well as a dip for raw vegetables, crackers or tortillas
Ingredients
- 2 ea Avocados peeled and chopped
- 1/2 c Vegetable oil
- 1 ts Sugar
- 1/4 ts Freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 c Raisins
- 1/4 c Lime juice
- 1 ts Salt
Directions
- Place all ingredients in blender, cover and blend on high speed until smooth, about 45 seconds
