Bagel Thins, Lo Cal, Lo Salt Recipe

Simple bagel snack. Far tastier than your normal potato chip. Excellent with an artichoke dip

Ingredients

  • 1 ea Bagel
  • 1 ts Oregano, dried
  • 2 ts Soft margarine, melted

Directions

  1. Using a very sharp serrated knife, slice bagel into very thin rounds
  2. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet; brush with margarine
  3. Sprinkle with oregano
  4. Bake at 350F for 12 minutes
  5. Let cool and store in airtight container for up to 1 week
