Baked Tomatoes Recipe
Make this tomato recipe with fresh picked tomatos for the best results. Be careful when digging in, these retain heat and will burn your mouth (ouch!).

Ingredients
- 2 ea Good sized plum tomatoes
- 1 ea Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 ea Fine bread crumbs
- 1 ea Dried thyme
Directions
- Cut each tomato in half and arrange cut side up on a baking dish
- Sprinkle each half lightly with bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and thyme
- Bake until tops are slightly browned in a 300F oven (15 to 20 minutes)
