Greek Lamb Chops Recipe

Great for indoor or outdoor grilling

Ingredients

  • 8 Rib Lamp Chops, 1-inch thick (about 2 lbs.)
  • 1 teaspoon Instant Beef Bouillon Granules
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Rosemary leaves, crused
  • 1/4 teaspoon Oregano, grounded
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. In small bowl, mix all ingredients except chops.
  2. Slash fat at 2 inch intervals on edge of each chop. Rub both sides of chops with herb mixture.
  3. Grill chops on high for approximately 12-15 minutes or until done turning once.
