Greek Lamb Chops Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 Rib Lamp Chops, 1-inch thick (about 2 lbs.)
- 1 teaspoon Instant Beef Bouillon Granules
- 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Rosemary leaves, crused
- 1/4 teaspoon Oregano, grounded
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- In small bowl, mix all ingredients except chops.
- Slash fat at 2 inch intervals on edge of each chop. Rub both sides of chops with herb mixture.
- Grill chops on high for approximately 12-15 minutes or until done turning once.
