Sweet Potato Pie Recipe

Great For The Holidays!

Ingredients

• 3 Large Sweet Potatoes / Yams
• 4 tablespoons Margarine
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla
• 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
• 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
• 1/2 cup Sour Mash Burbon

Directions

1. Boil and mash potatoes as you would regular mashed potatoes. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into single 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with whipping cream if desired.
