Best Banana Bread Recipe
This banana bread recipe works real well with over ripe bananas that you store in the freezer.

Ingredients
- 1/2 c Butter
- 2 ea Eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c Flour
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 c Sugar
- 4 ea Bananas, finely crushed
- 1 ts Baking Soda
- 1/2 ts Vanilla
Directions
- Cream together butter and sugar
- Add eggs and crushed bananas, combine well
- Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture
- Add vanilla
- Pour into greased and floured loaf pan
- Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes
- Keeps well, refridgerated
