Best Banana Bread Recipe

This banana bread recipe works real well with over ripe bananas that you store in the freezer.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c Butter
  • 2 ea Eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c Flour
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 4 ea Bananas, finely crushed
  • 1 ts Baking Soda
  • 1/2 ts Vanilla

Directions

  1. Cream together butter and sugar
  2. Add eggs and crushed bananas, combine well
  3. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture
  4. Add vanilla
  5. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes
  7. Keeps well, refridgerated
