Mom's squash Pie Recipe

Better than any pumpkin pie you will ever eat. Can use any squash you prefer, we like to use cushaw.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked squash
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 3/4 cups milnot canned milk
  • 1 tsp melted butter
  • 1 pie shell unbaked

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Pour into pie shell.
  3. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
