Chinese Barbeque Sauce Recipe
If you have ever had barbequed ribs as appetizers in a good Chinese restaurant, you will appreciate this simple yet very tasty barbeque sauce mixture. I have played with the mixture over time, and this matches my preferred taste. Feel free to experiment.

- 3/4 C ketchup
- 3 T soy sauce
- 1 T liquid smoke
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1 T ground ginger
- 2 cloves minced garlic
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and heat until sugar is dissolved and bubbly.
