Dried Beef and Noodle Casserole Recipe

Simple casserole recipe for the family.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Dried beef, snipped
  • 1 ea Small onion, chopped
  • 1 c Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c Water
  • 4 oz (1 c) shredded cheddarcheese
  • 1 c Water
  • 2 c Uncooked noodles
  • 1/2 c Milk
  • 1 ts Dried parsley flakes

Directions

  1. Cover and microwave dried beef and 1 cup water in 2-qt casserole on high (100%) to boiling, 2 to 3 minutes; drain
  2. Stir in onion, noodles, soup, milk, water and parsley flakes
  3. Cover and microwave 10 minutes; stir
  4. Cover and microwave until noodles are tender, 5 to 6 minutes
  5. Stir in cheese
  6. Cover and microwave until melted, 2 to 3 minutes
  7. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
