Eggs in Green Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 tb Mayonnaise
• 1 Lemon; medium, juiced
• 1/2 ts Salt
• 1/2 ts Sugar
• 1 c Sour cream
• 9 Eggs; large, hard cooked
• 1/4 ts Pepper
• 1 1/2 c Fresh dill

Directions

1. Blend mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice
2. Finely chop 1 hard-cooked egg and stir into mayonnaise mixture
3. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar
4. Thoroughly rinse dill, pat dry, and chop
5. Blend with the sauce
6. Slice rest of the hard-cooked eggs in half and arrange in the sauce and serve.
