Salmon Casserole Recipe
Simple casserole recipe for a the busy family. Can be made in advance, and makes great leftovers.

Ingredients
- 1 Can Red Salmon (1 lb)
- 1 C Flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 t salt
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 C italian salad dressing
- 4 oz pimento (do not drain)
- 1 can cut green beans (16 oz)
- 1 package brown gravy mix
- 1/2 C mayonaise
- 1/3 C water
Directions
- Drain and flake salmon, set liquid aside for later
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, eggs, salad dressing, and 1/3 C salmon liquid. Beat until smooth.
- Stir in pimento, beans, and salmon. Mix well.
- Pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish
- Mix topping in a small bowl - mix brown gravy mix, mayonaise, and water. Spread topping over casserole mixture.
- Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees, or until knife can be inserted and removed cleanly.
