Oriental Cashew Crunch Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 - 16 oz pkg Quaker Oat Squares (8 C)
- 1 3oz can chow mein noodles (1 1/2 C)
- 1 C cashews or peanuts
- 1/3 C vegetable oil
- 3 T soy sauce
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 t onion powder
Directions
- Heat oven to 250 degrees F. Combine first 3 ingredients in 13x9 pan. Set aside.
- Combine remaining 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Quickly pour over cereal mixture. Stir to coat evenly.
- Bake 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
- Cool and serve. Makes 10 cups.
