Grilled Seafood Kabobs Recipe

Grilled kabobs are a great dinner recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Large shrimp (deveined)
  • 1 lb Large mushrooms
  • 1/4 c Honey
  • 8 skewers
  • 1 lb Freah sea scallops
  • 17 oz Bottled barbeque sauce
  • 4 tb Dijon mustard

Directions

  1. Combine the barbeque sauce, honey and mustard in a bowl and mix well
  2. Place alternating groups of shrinp, sea scallops and mushrooms on the skewers
  3. Place completed kabobs in a baking pan
  4. Spoon the marinade over the kabobs and allow to set for 12 hours (or over- night) in the refrigerator
  5. Grill over direct heat for 7 to 8 minutes or until the shrimp have turned pink, turing frequently to prevent buring
  6. Baste with marinade and keep grill generally covered to help keep the flavor in
