  • 2 ts Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c Chopped onion
  • 1 ts Sugar
  • 1 Small bay leaf
  • 1 c Catsup
  • 1/4 c Oil
  • 1 Clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c Water
  • 1/4 ts Hot pepper sauce

Directions

  1. Place fish in single layer in shallow baking dish
  2. Combine 1/2 cup catsup, lemon juice, oil, Worcestershire and garlic
  3. Pour sauce over fish
