Macaroni Bake Recipe

A lower calorie macaroni recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 c Macaroni, cooked
  • 2 tb Margarine
  • 2 c Skimmed milk
  • 2 ts Parsley
  • 1/2 ts Pepper
  • 1/3 c Bread crumbs
  • 1 ea Onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c Flour
  • 2 ts Dill weed
  • 1/8 ts Garlic powder
  • 2 c Low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 pinch Paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 350F
  2. Saute onions in margarine, add flour
  3. Stir in milk, little at a time until thick
  4. Add spices
  5. Add cheese
  6. Add macaroni
  7. Pour into shallow pan
  8. Top with crumbs and paprika
  9. Bake 45 minutes.
